  • To be fair that's pretty much all the manufacturers. I've heard of issues with Gigabyte PSUs but I don't remember issues with their motherboards specifically. MSI has done shady marketing in the past, Asus is still fucked with their RMA processes. You don't have to dig very deep to find reasons to avoid all of them.

  • If your main use case is gaming then 128 GB of RAM is way overkill, 32 GB is fine.

    ASRock has had some issues with 9800X3D chips so I would choose a different motherboard manufacturer.

    I would personally go with a less expensive storage solution, such as this Crucial 4TB SSD or 2 of these 2 TB TeamGroup SSDs. You could go even cheaper with these drives from Silicon Power which are well reviewed on PCPartPicker. For a little more but still cheaper than your spec'd SSD, these SK Hynix drives are also pretty popular.
