I love Ocarina of Time with all my heart, but it hasn't aged well like most games of its era. I can't wait to re-experience it with modern controls and quality of life.
Additionally I'm more excited that it's a faithful remake vs a reimagining. I've wanted an updated version of OoT for a long time, and the 3D versions never scratched that itch for me.
I agree that she would have been fine. And I certainly voted for her because she wasn't Trump. But she did poorly in the primaries leading up to 2020, she did not distance herself enough from Biden, she isn't the strongest speaker or communicator. I stand by saying that she wasn't a good candidate and that's why she lost to Trump where many other Democrats could have won.
In her defense I don't blame her for it. She was unfairly put into a shitty situation. I blame Biden and the DNC way more, but it is what it is.
What really sucks is that because Kamala Harris was not a good candidate, that whole situation probably did damage to the idea of a woman being president and set it back some.
There are not going to be any primary sources of Jesus or any other average person who lived thousands of years ago.

No we don't have any historical sources or archeological evidence. But why would we expect to have them? He was just an average, albeit radical, Jewish preacher who got himself in trouble with the authorities and only much later did he become significant.
I look at it using Occam's Razor: is it more likely that early Christian writers mythologized a real person after the fact, or that they made one up whole cloth? I go with the former.
And why not? We know for a fact that singular people have started all kinds of movements and religions throughout history. And when you strip away the fantastical elements of the story, it's really not unbelievable. A preacher is teaching radical things, enough that he gets in trouble with Jewish and/or Roman authorities and is eventually executed for it. His followers take his message, filter it, and spread it, and it catches on.
To your first point, no one is free of bias, but it's not the Middle Ages dude. People are free to not be Christian or to criticize or contradict Christianity, and they do all the time. Even non-Christian historians agree that Jesus likely existed.
Between the canonical and apocryphal gospels there are a good amount of people who wrote about Jesus for decades after his death. In my personal opinion as an armchair historian it just seems more likely that early Christian writers, intentionally or not, mythologized a real person that people already knew existed rather than invented one whole cloth.
Good. And I hope he signs an executive order to rename some oceans too.
These are marginally impactful in terms of real consequences and easily undone with the next administration, but extremely visible to and unpopular with voters. Every little bit helps.
