  • Your step number five has me a little confused. When they throw their sign, such as paper. They hold it until you also recognize either that you won or lost. There would be no point in the flashing this symbol of paper or rock or scissors so fast that the other side didn’t even register what was there. That would just create arguments.

  • When they forced me to go to Windows 11, even though my computer, technically could’ve ran windows 11, it was just missing a certain component on the motherboard so wouldn’t install. I told them to piss off, and I switched over to Linux. (Mint Linux)

  • That is a difficult one. When you say anti-government activities, let’s define them.

    Are we talking anti-government activities such as joining an extremist group, and literally attempting to overthrow the government? And because of it, the government is now putting pressure on your relatives in an attempt to stop you.

    Yeah, I would say your family would have a right to blame you.

    Because that is what a government is going to do they’re going to put pressure where they need to to stop you.

    On the other hand, let’s say it’s protesting against ice in the current political climate. And now the government is putting pressure on your relatives,.

    At that point, technically, you are the one doing the act of protesting so I could see them blaming you, but I could also see them supporting you and blaming the government.

  • I prefer that it is easy to use, and that it is stable. I don’t care if it’s open source or closed source. I’ll pay either way. Tips or donations or just straight pay for it.

    a side note for those that do free open source and want donations or tips, … make it easy to donate. I ran into one piece of software that said please donate. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how. I gave up. And just use the software for free.

  • Depending upon your age, that’s not too surprising. When I was about 25 I kind of felt the same way. I’m now 50+ My mom is little over 20 years older than I am. I’d say she understands me pretty well and I understand her.

    The older you get the more wisdom you get and you start to understand the other side just a little more

  • We swap back-and-forth between real and fake. Some of it depends upon time to be able to go out and get one, because we go and chop ours down When we get a real one. It also depends on the weather if it gets really cold sometimes will just put up the fake one. But yeah, we do prefer a real one.
