  • No problem!. I'll be honest, most of how I prepare food is my taste/sight/smell; I rarely measure anything.

    1 large heirloom tomato 1 avocado 1/4 red onion kalamata olives - I think about 3 tablespoons feta - I'd say I used 4 or 5 tbsp of chopped feta...probably more evoo - maybe 1 tbsp? marble rye toast (I prefer dark rye, but our bakery was out) s&p to taste *tbsp minced garlic

    BACON.

    2 slices of marble rye. 1 avocado. 1/4 of a red onion. 1 large heirloom tomato. A few large spoons of Kalamata olives. As much feta as you want. Garlic, S&P, EVOO.

    I haven't actually tracked the calories but I can tell you I feel full/satisfied after my morning workout.
