"The future ain’t what it used to be."

-Yogi Berra

We should all strive to be like Jucika.

  • Heh. Remember when sexual liberation was a priority goal of modern society?

    Jucika remembers.

  • Is this now not not not the onion?

  • I'm taking this class right now: https://oleloonline.com/

Its more structured and yes costs money. But my kumu Kaliko is very good and I'm actually making progress in my ʻŌlelo.

Because we have weekly sessions and homework, it holds me more accountable. With the structure I felt like I made more progress in 8 weeks of classes than I did in 5 years of trying to read newspapers. Its 1000% been working the spend to just sign up for a night class and take it seriously. Also, it being non based through a university; there are no grades, you can down load all the material, its a very "mixed audience" (highschoolers to aunties): the people taking the class truly want to learn and are not just going through the motions.

  • There is a simple way and a hard way and they both involve packing up and coming home.

  • I mean they're trying in the affordability thing but it's still New York.

  • What I think of reddit:

  • Bruh is note remotely close to intimidating enough to be called a chud.

  • I wish embedding was better, but generally its a great way to have discovery. Discovery is a huge issue for platforms like invidious and peer-tube; if you are trying to degoogle/ decentralize, you still need a way find material.

  • Fun little article, but in my head I saw the "What year is it!?!" meme, because its just like. The number of people still living in gaslit rooms of their own design around the role of Democrats and the DNC and their role in ushering in fascism.

Its like, you can't really blame fascists for being fascists? Or like, a leopard wont change its spots, Or rather, your only option to deal with fascists is to eliminate them. And you can't do that with Democrats when they're always going to try and play ball with them; when they see fascists as better partners to their agenda than working people.

The problem isn't the fascists is the point. Fascists are very easily beatable. But not when you have liberals willing to defend them and the structures and institutions fascists depend on.

  • I really like this but I can not figure it out. Would you be willing to make the data available?

  • There needs to be a term for this particular form of projection.

  • The corpse is basically in a permanent "present" vote, or even less then that? Because it can delay quorum?

  • So are you suggesting Mamdani is fomenting hate?

  • Its still Kentucky.
