  • I mean... I've seen more people saying that phrase, than tankies in my local feed, and I've seen some memes that looked like imperialist propaganda on the Lefty memes community being downvoted to hell, there are some tankies, but I still consider this instance an Anarchists one rather than one overtaken by Tankies.

  • In dbzer0 defederations are rare, we had a community vote months ago to deferate from hexbear because of their bad moderation and the result was not doing it, the philosophy here usually is that if you don't like some content or community, just block them.

  • They are aware of it, that's why they are busy spending it.

  • This also happens to me, using the Smarttube flatpak, I think that it's a "feature" from the youtube tv original app, and it bleeds into Smarttube because what it does is faking being the original youtube tv app with some extra modifications.

Edit, I am using VacuumTube from flatpak, not Smarttube, but it's the same concept.

  • I'm just rewriting everything in Ansible and I think is worth the effort, it's self-documented and as an added bonus I won't have to keep backups of the whole VMs, just the ZFS pool with the data/databases.

  • Try to disconnect the battery, press the power button a few times without the power cable to discharge everything, then plug the power cable and press the power button

  • If it turns on and all the LEDs are lit but there's no POST, it could be a BIOS brick, happened to me twice

  • That's weird, I have the exact same setup and haven't noticed any interruptions using bazzite as a home theatre

  • Memes @lemmy.ml

    Dogs can't read

  • That happened to me in the reddit exodus, I switched to Lemmy and faced a lot of analysis paralysis, ended up in Lemmy.world out of spite and then I regretted my decision.

So yeah, in my experience it's bad UX design, it felt like gatekeeping tbh.

  • Yeah, I've ended up setting up VLANS in order to not deal with encryption

  • Is there a way for a node to mount a NFS share that's inside an SDN? It has to be in a cluster (so I can't use a Simple zone) and has to be isolated from the rest of the LAN

  • It wasn't created by AI, I'm just a newbie to networking and was pretty tired, at this point I spent ~4 hours on this problem 😅.

I tried everything, the VMs can ping each other but not the nodes, and the VM can mount and see the NFS share but the nodes can't.

The mount is correct because I've configured it before and it worked, and if I change the network device of the VMs to vmbr1 instead of VlanNet (the SDN) it works again, thanks for your time ^^

    Edit: Typo

  • Selfhosted @lemmy.world

Having some issues in Proxmox trying to learn SDNs

  • Glad to help!

  • I'm waiting for Playnite to have support for linux and then I'll link it to a Games on Whales VM on Proxmox

  • No, they are babies, they don't even know how to speak, how are they going to be able to know what "gender" even means?

Calling a baby with wee wee a girl is the same as calling your 18 year old trans daughter a boy, you are just trying to brainwash them.
