my personal opinion is that they should've included a texture pack type thing like the "programmer art" that only plays the old music (excluding music discs)
I personally like the new music, but sometimes if I'm playing for 'the memories' I would prefer the old ones only.

for my use cases of memes or a PowerPoint type thing once in a while for school. Literally any image format works for me. I don't care about quality (as long as it's not REALLY bad) and just want to get the image from Google to the PowerPoint, and somehow GOOGLES own image format fails to work for GOOGLES PowerPoint product.I don't understand how you can not support your own format 10 years after it came out.
pro tip by the way, you can open it in Microsoft paint then "save as -> .PNG" to get Google slides/whatever to accept it.

once when I was being an (at the time) unmedicated AuDHD 5 year old, my autistic mom tried to tell me there was "no autism in my day". She got upset when I didn't believe her.
it's worth pointing that my grandpa (moms side) was really autistic in hindsight. He never got higher than a D in highschool, took apart my grandma's hairdryer the first day they got married to "figure out how it worked", and was so obsessed with fishing that his trophies took up too much space and had to be moved to the garage.
Just a connection I realized recently. This kind of homophobia is THE REASON WHY people assume there was no gay/trans people in history. Because they're afraid to say the obvious about history and don't teach it.

I really hate monthly subscriptions. The only two I could justify are my $5/m VPN and 3/m discord just bc I used it so much.Recently I changed discord to $1 to Wikipedia, $1 to archive.org, $1 to Lemmy. It's not a lot but gives me peace of mind.
laptops > raspberry pi imo. Having a screen is SO useful. I just got an old laptop to watch YouTube and mp4s on my TV without ads. Way better than the slow ad filled Roku OS
