“Did you know that every time you sigh, a little bit of happiness escapes?”

  • In my experience the play store is awful to use if you're looking for anything that's not full of ads and/or extremely monetized. I recommend only using it when you know exactly which app you're looking for.

Generally I find games through itch.io and recommendations from others. Also there are foss game emulators on GitHub and similar sites.

Netflix recently started offering mobile games as well.

Ages ago humble bundle did android games but that's all in the past now.

I've been enjoying worldbox and lichess. I used to have a bunch more but the latest Android version made most of my collection stop working.

  • They probably let it stay this way as it's potentially the best timeline for overcoming the Borg threat.

  • If I understand the question, it would be the point where the gas would lose its state and become a liquid or solid. This variable is influenced by pressure, the container and the external vs internal temperatures.

  • Worth it

  • In my experience, nobody knows what’s in the food when I ask those kinds of questions. Sometimes they even get mad at me.

  • Energy drinks, I could drink em all day if I let myself.

After experiencing a pretty good scare when I was a kid. I've avoided repeating that and limit myself to a couple at most.

  • I wonder who the last person will be that knows how to fix a dos machine.

  • I'm thinking you're already on it.

But have you checked out bluesky?

  • Oh interesting, I'll need to look into that more.

I'd expect that it's much better than a 1050. And still probably best in slot at that price point. (For new hardware)

Perhaps a used 1080ti would be better but I doubt a system with a 1050 has the power supply for that.

  • still using 2016 budget GPU (1050Ti).

Check out the Intel b580, your 2019 hardware should support rebar. (An bios update might be required). It's a phenomenal upgrade for around $250US

But I feel you on the bandwidth issue. I've had to give up on some games that frequently update.

  • Wow, when I see a waifu come by up on my comms system I'll know we're living in the future.

  • In the early days before rednet I built a functional computer network by building a shared bus with a LUA script that waited for addressed triggers.

Very laggy but I had fun.

  • I like to immerse myself in fictional stories, imagine being my favourite characters.

I try to fill most of my free time with social activities. Big fan of in-person boardgames.

  • I've had good luck with the Microsoft cameras and ones that say they are "Skype certified" on the box.

  • That's likely caused by your DNS provider blocking it.

  • If you can get a good deal on a gen3 might be worth it. They are backwards compatible and perhaps you could use the difference to buy a game.

  • As soon as I make a serious mistake like food poisoning or breaking a bone. I'm screwed without someone. Or if I'm just unfortunate enough to acquire an infection.

And this all assumes that I find what I need to survive in the first place.

  • I'll vote for eight.
