    Instead of addressing the current sleight of products and updating them, Musk is constantly overpromising and pivoting which is causing this unfocused nonsense of products - Truck, taxi, van, robot...

    But if they get rid of him, the company tanks because their bread and butter products are only ok.

  • And thats is all this is, it isnt for war profiteering it is for poor practices, sure it could be more but people really lose sight of things when it comes to fining these companies.

    The fines for targetting children with damaging content or promoting harmful posts should be way more than this and than they are but this isnt an action they directly profitted from it was a lazy and harmful missing of the required mark.

    Im not this invested in defending meta but 102 million is a lot for one country to fine one company. Ireland fined the company nearly 1% of their global net for one issue.

I am a proponent of piracy and feel that media should be collected and stored to ensure we dont lost content in the years to come. But I emulate and pirate loads of games and consoles.

  • Yeah agreed to an extent but I would say a massive portion of those who installed linux attempted to pirate games. It makes sense to block it.

    I'd prefer to mandate that they allow other stores on the consoles or mandate no advertisements or promotions on the console.

  • I work in telecomms, major strategic projects. I dont have an office to return to, for 9 years I have had no office. My computer can be wiped remotely amd requires 2fa to connect to the vpn.

    We have never had a security incident that wasnt someone's laptop being stolen.
