Isn't he the piece of shit that was enjoying that someone that interrupted his show because of the shit he was saying, got heavily beaten up by security?
Messy code by humans generally isn't logical because it went through multiple modifications/deletions that are not visible anymore.
I'm not sure that bad devs are much better than AIs, and they're the ones using them to code now. I think the problem stems from not giving a shit about code making sense, and AIs just increase the problem.
I mean, I saw code that was essentially saying things like "if True == False" and when asking about what the purpose of the block was to the original dev (who wasn't even such a bad dev), they just had no idea. Humans are chaotic and nonsensical and messy code comes from that, not from a weird logic, and you can't comprehend it most of the times because it's a mix of confusion, lack of planning, mistakes and laziness.
"Before, the global lack of knowledge and the lack of ways to have a smart, coherent understanding of the world was still a source of entertainment. But thanks to AI, we're more stupid again!"
Well for example there is a whole episode where "woke" people are mocked by showing them as ignorant and pathetic, to the point where it ends with one them offending themselves and exploding out of the frustration.
That's just one thing from the top of my head. You could also talk about Tidus that ends up being shown as a pathetic useless crap, defined by three things that what the show deems more essential than the rest: he's gay, fat and black.
One of the recurring (fatphobic) jokes is that he eats mayonnaise jars with a spoon, because everyone knows that that's why obese people are obese, they're just lazy stupid jokes, right? /s
And to quickly surf above random other examples, the whole Reverend thing is showing that it was mostly the victims' fault for being too stupid while joking about rape, the character of Lillian is used to spit out a lot of racist shit because "she's a funny old woman" but she's still shown as a nice person somehow ; there's an episode showing one of the victims trying to become a kidnapper too (wtf?) but ending up being taken seriously by no one because everyone automatically assumes that as a stupid woman she's basically nothing more than a housewife.
Each episode gets worse than the next and conveys increasingly immoral viewpoints, so I'd frankly question your wife's morals if she really liked the show.
It's one of the most discriminatory shows I've seen over years, and I include in that things like the big bang theory and ricky gervais.
And worst of all, people seem to somehow think that it's a sort of feel-good show or whatever.
"Yay, alcoolism!"
