GIMP does not officially support Android/iOS. There seem to be some third-party "wrappers" or whatever to get it working on mobile, but it is apparently always an awful experience. Just stick with what you are using now on mobile!
It takes a bit of effort to learn the differences in how some things work if you are coming to it with a bunch of experience with Photoshop or something.
