I know it's still being drawn but to me Nancy is a cartoon that takes place a long time ago (1930's 40's), so it seems out of place to me they're wearing seatbelts.
It does make sense that they added that in anyway though
We're just on the end of a bit of a heatwave, and I found out my neighbors don't have AC because they spent nearly the whole time outside in the shade because their house was too hot inside.
These are the same people that have multiple pitbulls never kept on a leash, rarely mow, often park on their front lawn, and used to sell drugs out of the house, so I'm finding it very difficult to feel very sorry for them.
