  • They're making shit up. I can assure you that the DDG app does in fact block trackers in other apps, by functioning as a VPN. Give it a try, it really does work.

  • I hope that it has some sort of self-charging mechanism that is entirely human-powered. You would think that they'd design it that way.

    But even then, batteries and capacitors eventually go bad. So they'll still have to be replaced every few years.

  • As another person pointed out, they track cookies too. I never save cookies, which is probably why I was able to create a new account just fine.

  • Stop signing up with the same email address and you won't get shadow banned. Your email address is literally the only way they track you. Once I realized this, any new accounts I made with a fake email work just fine.
