Grok AI. Because it's better than ChatGPT and I'm constantly hitting the message limit of the free tier so 30€/month it is. It's not worth that much to me but I don't see a better alternative as long as I'm going to keep using LLMs which I am.
I don't have nor do I need one but I'd still get one if I could. I simply think guns are cool - there's not much more to it.
Admittedly though I would worry a bit about having one in the house. There are few such tools that are very easy and quick to do something with that you'll deeply regret later.
While the risk is small, the potential consequences are catastrophic. Water damage doesn't just ruin their day, but their neighbors as well. It's simply not worth it, especially when it's something they shouldn't be handling on their own to begin with. The fact that they need to ask for advice on how to bleed a radiator is all the confirmation I need that they absolutely shouldn't be doing it themselves.
If they were fixing a toaster, at least there would be the electrical switchboard and main shutoff to turn to if something caught fire. But there's no plan B when you can't get a radiator to stop pouring water all over your bedroom. You really don't want to mess with plumbing unless you have a fallback. This isn't much of an issue in a house but it sure is in an apartment building.
Do you live in the top or first floor? Just wondering if you're about to flood your bedroom with the smelly and rusty radiator water of just one floor or the entire building.
Don't touch it. Bleeding radiators is a job for the maintenance, not you.

Isn't that what you're literally advocating for here? I don't see the practical difference between having users reporting AI content versus users reporting AI content that isn't correctly labeled as such.
I stand behind what I said. Give people the option to filter it out of their own feeds if they want to. I don't wish to push my own content preferences onto people with different tastes. Curating your own feed is the way to go. Not top down control from the tech companies themselves.
Zero tolerance ban still requires a method of detecting AI content in order to enforce said ban. Having such detection system in place would then just as well give people the option to choose for themselves whether they want to see such content or not. Ofcourse such filter isn't 100% accurate but neither is a total ban. Some of that content will always get through.
I'd say that improving as a person and leaving the world slightly better as you found it. I guess that's not meaning per-se but rather a principle to try and live up to.
That's why I keep making new accounts too - not that I could follow someone around but so that they can't follow me. It's more of a privacy thing in my case though. They wont know if I've blocked them so even if they are following me around they'll just be shouting into the void and it never even reaches me. They're just wasting their time and I'm more than fine with that.
I was commenting on what another user said, not on the article OP posted. Not every reply in the comment section is a direct response to the topic at hand. I was talking about the definition of terms, not the stock market.
Microsoft already had a proven business model and established products and services before the AI boom. If a company goes under it would almost certainly be one focused almost entirely on AI such as Palantir.
