  • It doesn't "hug" needy people

  • Except Jonah (at least in the movies) had decent character

Edit Actually, nevermind, Jonah was a prick, his only good deed was not selling Peter out to the goblin

  • Nice.

  • He's finally in the once place uncorrupted by capitalism 07 Premier Cherdenko

  • For the rest of your life at the very least

  • If only there were brontos to burger

  • Ah conspiracy then

  • Most rednecks would see that as a significant selling point, and still not buy it cuz it's electric

  • Pretty sure those are just friction fit

  • Is this sarcasm?

  • Nah that was funny

Left: Primetine (unreleased) Right: The Odyssey

  • I don't work in an office. I HAVE an office, but even still, what would I need random software for that outlook doesn't already do. Calender, notebook, email, and excel all already exist

  • Oh man, it's been a long time but just seeing Niko's face brought his voice back perfectly in my head

  • Great, we can burn it for warmth once the skies are choked with smoke

  • Nah man, this is literally how it works. You ever notice how alot of folks who have kids or married someone they shouldn't have super young feel like they never got out of their 20s? They never had the time to understand their own nature or the nature of the culture around them.

That social anxiety, the assumed judgment, the paranoia that everyone's looking for a moment of weakness to exploit... Ya know, the feeling of being an adult who still feels like a teenager.

Your 30s are where you lose that, or at least I feel like you should. Early, mid, late, whenever. It's just important that you do

  • I literally found my purpose in my 30s. Nothing was meaningful nor worthwhile in my 20s

  • Damn Dems at it again

  • As I recall shes stated that she feels she can do more good in Congress and doesn't really want to run for POTUS anyway

  • It's the way healthcare functions that makes a lot of them (not all) this way. When you spend all day seeing how the place you work, which is supposed to be for healing people, bend it's mission for profit, it can break your trust in the system. In some ways it can just be the nature of the work itself.

My brother worked as an orderly for a decade. After seeing the completely scooped clean thoracic cavity of an 18 year old organ doner (she ODed) he never really got over how she was just Meat for harvesting. I don't even think he realizes how different he's been since he had that job.

  • cats @lemmy.world

Enkidu the day I first took him home
