  • That's not how coercion works.

  • CEOs shouldn't exist

  • This is likely the route I'll take in the near future.

  • I'm not saying we shouldn't do both. We should be doing both. Everyone should have privacy, and all bathrooms should be gender neutral

  • Vertical gabs in bathroom stalls are regularly 0.5-1cm wide, the bottom 30-50cm, and the top 50-70cm wide.

Anybody can violate people's privacy when the stalls leave such massive gaps. It is shameful.

And if that weren't th case, bathrooms could be for everyone.

  • While it isn't humorous, it still fits in terms of being memetic, as in it is an idea meant to be spread around.

  • Have been forever

  • Yes, but not with the current courts

  • If you don't mind some low specs, and are focused on lowest price, a potato pi runs for about $30 IIRC, and is plenty to do small stuff like an openvpn server.

  • Gonna second the dell optiplex. Been using one for my home server for a while now, and it's been perfect.

  • I know its possible to jail break a roku, but is there a follow up to remove ads after doing so?

Really sick of it. Though I need to get a pi-hole set up anyways

  • Seems like doing some clean room design off of Roku OS would be a good choice.

  • "We'll come around to you next time"

There is a time limit an exception like this will be held. Once it becomes normalized on proprietary systems they'll expect it on the rest.

  • They haven't changed the core functionality of how LLMs work. And that core functionality means they cannot reason through problems.

And until that major issue is solved, they will never be anything more than a tool to pull up syntax for very specific use cases.

  • I can see the argument for it having a good offensive shape. But the thin whispy features all over the place would mean tons of weak points.

Compare that to a borg cube or the BSG, it makes for terrible defenses.

But that's where they bring up things like shields and structural integrity fields.

  • I think star trek is one of those things where the actual shape of a spacecraft is generally least important to its function.

Granted, it does take some handwaiving technobable to get there.

  • About 8 pizzas the size of small/large boulder.

  • He still got rich off of the labor of others. He isn't a good guy. He might be one of the least bad in terms of billionaires, sure. But he still isn't a good guy.

  • Fantastic SCP read, thank you for sharing. And yeah, that's exactly how I'd see something like that going down.
