Bolton is extremely critical of Little t, quite vocally so. Even the dek in this article doesn't mince words:

Careful not to fall into the trap of black/white thinking. Bolton can be a snake and unfairly targeted for retribution by the highest office in the land at the same time.
Currently, I feel exactly as sad for his situation as do for Rudy Giuliani's.
Rudy isn't critical at all. Last I heard from him, he was still all in. If I were to measure my sadness by comparison, I am far less sad for Rudy.
