  • Honestly maybe not after a long run but sometimes when I’m really dehydrated I legit crave milk

  • You guys have a system set up by a bunch of random guys 3 centuries ago that you worship as gods and refuse to update. That might be part of it

  • Yuuuup this is my company too. They’re monitoring our GH Copilot /Cursor usage and they’re going to apply to our performance reviews

  • I grew up mostly with the PS2 and above and I thought the same thing 😅. I did think there had to be a better way though

  • I’ve never watched him (I hated him when he would just scream at video games) but he seems to be a lot more mature these days. He even posted a video on why you should switch to Linux recently

  • I asked OP to update the title in another comment which they did (and appreciate) but it made this comment of mine confusing 😅. The original title didn’t have any mention of which country. It just said they were adding a paywall

  • The original title just said something like “BBC is now paywalled” making it sound like it applied to more than 1 of the 195 (worldometers.info recognised) countries in the world.

I’m not British but it’d be pretty alarming to hear that the BBC was adding a paywall that applied to the British if I was British

  • Awesome thanks! 😊

  • I love the US defaultism even when they’re talking about another country’s public news station

(edit: the title originally just said it was adding a paywall without mention of any country)

  • BBC announced it’s introducing a paywall for consumers in the U.S

It seems like it’s only for the US? If that’s true can you update the title OP

  • A square and it’s going to be revolutionary. Each side of the square is going to be an add-on

  • How dare you

  • This is actually so gross. Do companies like Instant Pot think this will make people outside of the States like them any better? I wanted an Instant Pot but they can go to hell now. Like hell I’m supporting a company supporting a president threatening annexation of my country

  • Totally get you but it’s open source isn’t it? I don’t think it’ll just die randomly. Especially considering Google uses it themselves

  • I guess when you’re fighting right up close with swords, blending in with the environment isn’t all that advantageous so you might as well look fly af

  • we’ll just launch the login feature this month and put out signup next cycle

  • Saaame. I created an account on the new Piefed but I’ll only fully switch over once Voyager supports it. I’ll be sad to lose my two year user history on Lemmy.ca though :(. I wish account migrations that kept comment/post history and account age were supported

  • we should treat trans people like human beings

Yeah that’s it time to vote for fascism

  • I’m not sure what your point is? I never said cars weren’t leading traffic. I think we’ve both kind of lost the plot here but my point was that cars aren’t a requirement to live. If they are in your city or area (outside of rural), then you should advocate for better transit and urban design.

Also note that I never said cars should be outright banned or anything of that sort
