I didn’t find the little dumbass in the trash, but my nephew did, then he showed up at my door with a sob story and an idiot cat. He thought me seeing the skinny, hungry, idiot street rat of an animal with his big dumb eyes and stupid clipped ear and how affectionate he was that I wouldn’t be able to say no because he “nEeDS a GooD hOmE, hE’s sOOO tHin anD hUngRy, WiNTeR iS cOMiNg,” and I “hAvE a HeaRt ANd LOvE aNimALs aNd wOuLD tAKe gOOd cAre oF hIm,” like a dumbass.
Like all things, 90% of it is just idiots egotistically gazing into their own assholes insisting that every aspect of their subjective self-revelation is universal, and in between that there are some good things here and there. Treat any philosophical concept as a filter, not a sponge.
Guitar and 40K, guitar because it just clicked with me, I love music and it does things for me that nothing else can, and 40K because I just love stupid shit.
It can’t, though. Expecting things to be different from the way they’ve literally always been is idealistic bullshit detached from reality. “Could and should” will never exist, there simply is how things actually work, and things have literally never worked as you claim they do and should.
Learn some actual history, if you don’t then you will only ever be a piece on their game board of propaganda.
You really need to read up on the history of American politics. You are a product of propaganda. Everything you are saying is entirely detached from reality.
If “AI” data centers are the only goal, sure, we could definitely bottleneck all technological progress into forcing a fractional level of slightly higher functionality to things that have already hit their potential at the cost of hobbling every other technology. Just fuck the environment, every level of consumer technology, limit the marketplace of ideas and materials to tech oligarchs, and cripple progress in literally any other field of technology, and it all just makes sense, right? Easy peasy.
