  • I guess the beans on toast was because my mom was Irish and heard of it through my dad and probably never used chipped beef, so did beans instead.

  • Shit on a Shingle, I though that was beans on toast.

  • I used it for Mechwarrior because it was exclusive. Never ended up playing it because my computer was a bit glitchy at the time. Now that I've upgraded the computer, I would rather play the games I have on steam rather than install epic for one game.

  • If you slowly inhale through your nose while drinking the pressure from the air coming in will likely direct the water towards your esophagus as well as keeping water out of your nasal cavity.

  • If I'm going to put egg on my bread, I'll just dip it in an egg mixture and make a Monte Cristo sandwich, the king Count of Sandwiches.

  • Just want to add in a tip that I saw online that has changed my grilled cheese for the better. Instead of wasting time buttering your bread, just warm up the pan on medium with a knob of butter for each sandwich you are making. In the time it takes to get that melted and bubbling you can throw your sandwiches together.

It won't take long as you aren't buttering the bread it is just slapping cheese (and ham) between bread once the butter is melted put the bread in and lightly push down to sponge the liquified butter into the bread. When the extra butter in the pan has properly browned then the butter on the bread is likely just as browned and delicious. Pull the sandwich out then repeat the butter in pan step put the second side down in the butter.

My butter is always too cold to spread except for two or three months of the year when it is too soft, so now I'm not zapping the butter just to spread it only to cook it more. Better butter coverage as well.

Also I used to think potato bread was best for grilled cheese but now I know roasted garlic loaf is the best bread for a grilled cheese.

  • The build quality of the Trump ™ concentration camp is rather shoddy.

They were expecting build quality of Dachau and instead they have some tent city like sheriff Joe Arpaio's jail in Arizona.

  • Left pocket: phone and if I don't have a bag then also my secrid wallet behind my phone with my screen against my leg.

Right pocket: folding knife, dog poop bags

If it's cold then my vest has my gloves and toque when I get to warm.

If it is dark then I have a light clip on my chest in some way so the light is in shining on my path.

If I'm hiking light then I probably have an extendable hiking pole with folding water bottle.

  • I used to wear a one piece freezer suit to work in a frozen food warehouse. Farts were always a gift and a curse. They were warm, but the only way out was through the neck hole.

  • Just hope some or all of the researchers accidentally back up all data onto their own devices for posterity.

  • The art of dealing with being a loser.

  • I'd say late 80s to early 90s trash, that football looks like one I bought at a garage sale in the 90s but was at least 10 years old when I bought it. Plastics often have production dates, a small circle of numbers from 1 to 12 with an arrow points at the month of production with the numbers on either side of the arrow being the year.

  • Ok so they would orbit above the field of space junk, would they by any chance have to fly through that field of space garbage to get up to that higher orbit?

  • It might be super cheap in the future to launch them but it will be into a field of fast moving garbage. The cost effectiveness of throwing more and more telescope up into space to try and get pictures before they get knocked out by the debris of the past will be a losing proposition.

  • The most insulting thing I heard about this is that he reported the bay door more than once for being in need of repair, they repeatedly ignore and didn't fix it. He then gets his arm permanently injured and they can't find a job doing something with one arm. They should be paying him out a 7 figure sum yearly for causing his injury through neglect. I hope he is able to successfully sue them for an unreasonable amount of of money.

  • My mom is in her 70s, she spends all her time collecting old antique dolls to make clothes for and 1950s and 60s ceramic vases. I understand it is to distract her from grief over my sister's death so I say nothing but remind her to book more therapy sessions.

I know I'll just be inheriting three (and counting) display cabinets of German pottery and having a bonfire of dolls.

  • A surgery she didn't consent to and refused is free right? The court ordered it, they better also be getting the bill.

The doctors and lawyers are all named on the call so put them all together in a lawsuit and tell them to pay for the birth since they were the ones that ordered it.

  • One or two shots from a silenced 22 rifle would shut these dogs down without all the hassle of feeling bad about shooting an actual dog. It would keep you far enough away to not be filmed.

This would cost the data center 300k while only costing 15 cents or less for two bullets.

  • The old food warehouse I worked at. They installed 1100+ solar panels on the roof to offset the huge cost of running giant freezers during summer. There is more than enough food for not only making food for myself but also to trade with other people to make a community work. Also only a few entrances for security.
