  • I think I’d lose my face if I tried. I’m lucky I bought two

  • He has a ton of ideas. Right now he’s gotten really into Robotics and specifically joined his local FIRST team. This gave him the idea to build a robot of his own. I’ve tried to support him but damn can those things get expensive fast

  • I try to encourage him since all my tinkering was self taught. I know I’d appreciate having a guide or even just a friend to talk to about those ideas. And he definitely comes up with some ideas that help my own tinkering.

Right now he’s really into engineering and has this box that comes monthly that I paid for him that teaches him Engineering principles. I think it’s done by Mark Rober? Not really tinkering but He also likes making models for 3D printing and he’s been trying to get into Programming, unfortunately I think that curiosity keeps distracting him though.

  • lmao. I have a brother who's a lot like me and loves to tinker (not too young that this is irresponsible though), so when i need to throw something on to keep him occupied while i work, i know Technology Connections is a safe bet.

  • Man, I fucking love watching this guy. He’ll talk about the most niche things and I love learning about it. He inspired a presentation I gave on how rice cookers work

  • Same. Overall it's been a great experience, but it's had a few issues. Nothing making me even consider going back though

  • It’s how i have all the free time i do lol

  • the Blue Planet tour was awesome, I liked that it had a loose plotline to follow. i'm assuming they're continuing it for when you go to see them but it's definitely well worth the experience. I hope you have fun!

  • Damn. I’m jealous. I saw Weezer live last October and I’d kill to see them in person again lol. I’ve been meaning to see BT in person too so maybe I’ll try and see them next

  • I first found out about them through their collab with the lead singer of Weezer and they've quickly become one of my new favorite bands

  • Very good. Especially for my cats

  • Between him and his roommate who likes to steal dirty socks i have my hands full with cats stealing articles of clothing

  • The 2 year old was very insistent on it after we found him as a kitten with a McFlurry lid around his neck. Everyone calls him Flurry for short though

  • We found him in a McDonald’s parking lot with a McFlurry lid around his neck and my 2 year old sister suggested McFlurry. We call him Flurry for short though

  • I wish lol. I don't have enough time to manage a community though. if someone else made one though i'd follow it instantly

  • Oh hell yeah. Big Cats are the best

  • Desperately need me a community just for tiger facts like this and pictures of tigers. Greatest of the Big Cats

  • I’m not sure what it’s called, buy I love the trope of where a large party gets split off into two smaller parties who eventually reunite. This split could be forced through physical events or it could just be a relationship split between friends.

Lord the Rings is a great example of what I mean. Frodo is forced to leave after seeing what the Ring does and Sam goes with him, while Mary and Pippin get kidnapped and have their own adventure, and finally Aragorn and his merry trio go help the war effort in Rohan. They all end up reunited in the end though.

  • I'd kill to be able to help teach my peers just once. Department politics have been a blight on clubs though
