  • Not sure I agree with your appreciation of the elevator. I don't know where you are (I've never heard "ope" either) but at least in Australia not everyone faces the door in an elevator. I'll copy my own comment left below to someone else:

...you are in an elevator for a very short time, unlike with public transport for example. You might as well be facing the direction you need to go to, so that when the doors open, you go, instead of having to turn and then go.

Second... I regularly take crowded elevators and while it's true that almost nobody stands facing back to the door, it's also true that easily half the people choose to stand sideways, facing the side walls. (Which btw makes someone with a pram or wheelchair easier to get into the elevator). It's a mix of being ready to go and being able to rest your back against the walls of the elevator more than an unspoken social convention.

  • Disagree. First of all, you are in an elevator for a very short time, unlike with public transport for example. You might as well be facing the direction you need to go to, so that when the doors open, you go, instead of having to turn and then go.

Edit: hey well, at least in Australia. Maybe wherever you live everyone faces the door in an elevator.

  • Be the change you wish to see. Personally I'm not holding back information, sadly there is only so much I know about.

  • It varies a lot by brand. Also make sure to shake it well. But yeah it's alright. I prefer regular milk though

  • That's got to be the most friendly and polite swan ever

  • Considering you posted on lemmy.world and the reply came from dbzero, it's likely banned by lemmyworld. It's your instance choosing not to federate with dbzero, but dbzero users can still see and engage with world posts.

  • I don't think I know this one? I tried searching but nothing comes up under that name for a meme

  • Hah that's not too bad to contrast the two, I like this.

  • Lol this is hilarious but no, it doesn't describe the vibe. Thanks for posting it though

  • No. If I make mistakes let the people point them out.

  • Clever advertisement, but just advertisement. I don't see an article talking about why all the buns are askew. All I see is a call to action for me to make an order online

  • I hate so much that the em dash is now somehow synonymous of an LLM. I like em dashes. Ever since the people established the link I've been using them less and less just so people don't take my writing for chatgpt's or something.

  • If you are an adult, this situation begs the question: why do you need two bodyguards to go on a trip?

If you are not an adult, having someone watching over you makes sense and yes it makes it unethical for you to fuck around with them, and also yes unprofessional of them.

  • Yep, it does. You probably seen it irl and just didn't pay attention.

It's pretty well drawn. You can also see the clothes sagging more near the waistlines where it stretches less. (Both are probably wearing similar fabrics for their tops).

This artist has a solid skill level, if they meant to make baggy clothes or a different type of fabric it wouldn't be a problem.

Google any tube top tanks or stretch tube tops and I'm sure you will get similar examples from photos.
