  • I don't have a place of my own, I certainly don't own any TVs. However, whenever I stay somewhere with a TV, it is ignored. I don't turn it on. If I had a place of my own I wouldn't have a TV, anywhere.

Most people do have TVs though, but I would say only about a third keep one in the bedroom.

  • Amazing, thanks

  • Lol Don Juan...

Edit : do you have a source for this? Curious about the year and country it was made. It's got a nice style

  • With how events seem to be turning out lately, I'd say both

  • The ratio is gold

  • So you ask us to isekai and to tell you which, but you don't say if we get powers or not.

Take Overlord for example. I would love to, but, do I arrive there as a level 100 player or am I another regular human?

I would probably also love any DnD setting, say Baldurs Gate 3 to give a specific example. But again, under which conditions do I materialize in my chosen universe?

Giving you a general answer, I think I'd be happy in any high fantasy setting provided I'm in good health and can harness many of the special magic skills and abilities the main characters have.

Being more specific though, I find that what I really like is universes that really value craftsmanship and the arts, which is something that keeps eroding in this reality we live in. It's not just being somewhere with magic, it's being somewhere I can design, create, use and give to others items that are beautiful and treasured.

  • I like how human readable the text is. I even found a typo. It was written by a person. The tool is pretty cool to play with, bit difficult to control on my phone though.

  • Toupee fallacy, OP. And it's exposing you as lacking women in your circles, to say the least.

  • I fail to see the question or why would anyone need such trash in their lives

  • Yeah, I think thats how it is everywhere in corporate media platforms now, sadly. Ai all over, algorithms not really favoring discovery

That gives me a good idea for a post sometime down the line. "What are your favorite YT channels under 500k followers" or something like that. I don't mind if someone else wants to steal the idea but hey let me know where you post it...

  • That happens to artists sometimes. It gives me hope.

  • They spent over two hours there with no main meal and she didn't even take a sip...

Maybe she is also rooted to the floor, who knows

At least the vampire had a drink, but hey she also didn't move once the sun started creeping??? Are the drinks spiked at this venue??

  • A vampire I guess

  • This is surprising. Clearly I haven't been watching any TV lately, as I wasn't aware of AI being more invasive in that space than... YouTube, out of all platforms? YT is plagued with the stuff. Never thought it would be considered a refuge against it for some??

Edit: the headline refers to UK only and specifically about news outlets. People prefer their news from YT. And the link with ai for this metric in particular is unclear. I'd say the headline is misleading

  • Native Spanish speaker, usually subtitles are pretty good as long as made by humans and not auto generated captions. I guess that's a standard in any language though. Personally I can't recall bad subtitles ever, but very occasionally I do find simplified subtitles or phrases made in a way that could be much closer to the original in structure. But it's negligible.
