  • Sure, I'm planning in using an agent. I just recently went through a round of editing with the help of some beta readers. Not editors but I've combed through it probably 5 times already and had some others look at it so I'm confident it's good enough for an agent. I'm not worrying about professional editors until the manuscript can get picked up.

  • When I first moved to another city for work across the country, I was looking for furniture for my new place. So, naturally, I used the local marketplace to find some cheap stuff. I found a bookshelf that was only $20 so I contacted the lady and went to pick it up. When I met the lady, she looked familiar to me but I couldn't put my finger on it. It was only until we talked that I realized this is the same girl that I sold my drawing tablet to back home before I moved across country. She was a local from my home town. She had moved there for a few months to clean out her grandparents house. I met her the day she was leaving.

  • ありがとうございます!

  • Tough love is the best way to shape a story from what I hear so I hope it turns out well

  • Publish my novel and get back to studying Japanese. 私は少し日本語が話せます but I'd like to learn more. I don't even know if I said that right. But by the end of the year I'd like to be fluent enough to have a conversation.

  • I was 17 when I went off to college. Ever since then, I've been going back and forth, jumping majors, universities, cities, but I've always returned home since I have a good relationship with my parents. But now I'm on my own again for the past year

  • The Borderlands movie. Anyone other than who they casted. Lilith is between late 20s to middle 30s. Roland is supposed to be a intimidating soldier. And Jack Black for Claptrap?! Come on

how did you choose your career?

  • I've always liked drawing but I didn't think anything of it. I've always heard the stories of broke artists and all that so I didn't bother with it. But, then I started to see that people can do more than just make paintings and selling them. People can make stories, movies, cartoons, do art for video games, all these things. And, I've always liked to make stories and tell them and the entertainment industry was the best place to do that. So, I chose that as my career.

So, short answer is because I've always liked to draw and tell stories. So, I chose entertainment.

  • From the Lone Star state to

  • Please bring these back

  • I got paid from a freelancing job so I bought my dad and sister heated vests for Christmas since they both are outside a lot and it snows here.

I my defense, I didn't even know it was black Friday. I just happened to have gotten paid that day

  • I randomly chose my name while playing Mario kart on the ds with friends back in high school and have been using it ever since. The avatar is a portrait I drew of a character in my book.

  • "It's hard to overstate my satisfaction."

  • Two assignments. First was in high school for a media project we had to write a short story. The teacher gave us free reign so I made a story set in the Last of Us universe since I was playing it at the time. Today, I'm editing that story, which I turned into a completely original story, in preperation for submitting it to agents to be published.

Second, in university I took an elective to learn how to make games. I created a side scroller with sort of the help of another student I knew that bailed on presentation day and who also didn't do much to help anyway. Today, I have a working prototype of a 2.5D beat em up survival game that I have been working on my spare time.

  • APB: Reloaded is by far the best one I've seen despite the game being pay to win. You can customize your character to no end from designing decals for clothes, tattoos, cars, even making your own theme song. Not to mention the basic stuff like face, hair, and body customization. But like I said, be wary of the game. It's a sweat fest.

  • There is some horrible shit in my past that I'd definately get rid of. But, besides that gloomy sentiment, I'd use it to experience my favorite movies, games, and books for the first time again. Like seeing Whiterun for the first time or seeing the citadel for the first time.

  • 私は日本語を勉強します (I've been studying Japanese) I've been doing it just because it sounds cool and I want to go to Japan one day for a visit. I haven't studied for a bit due to life getting in the way but I can form simple sentences but I'm far from being able to hold a conversation
