  • Pasta aglio olio peperonici

    • Cook pasta in salt water as described on the package
    • Put a thick layer of olive oil in a small saucepan on low heat
    • Add pressed garlic and a finely chopped chilli pepper. Make sure the oil stays cool enough not to fry the garlic and chilli. It's just to flavour the oil.
    • Drain the pasta, add the oil, top with too much parmesan cheese

    If you want to fancy it up, fry some sliced mushrooms and/or pancetta and add it in.

  • If the service is free, then you are the product. Just pay for mail. Someone here mentioned Posteo. I use Soverin.net. It costs peanuts. Also, make sure you get your own domain name. It makes migrating email to a different provider trivial. It's really worth the 10 or so Euro per year.

  • Your first mistake was using Ubuntu on a production server. Canonical has made more than enough questionable decisions over the past decade that using Ubuntu for a production system should be a red flag.

  • Beautiful penmanship. My only comment is that your ascenders and descenders are too short. They should be just as tall as the base letter (that is: a "t" or "f" or "g" should be twice as tall as an "a" or "o". You can get lined paper with 4 lines instead of 2 lines if you find that easier to practice.
