  • The 7500F is also an option if you want to shave off a bit of the price, depending on local availability for OP (or from AliExpress if you feel adventurous ;) ) It can be found as low as under 150 USD/EUR. Its basically a 7600 without the integrated graphics.

  • Thay are the bad AI people with evil AI, you should listen to us good AI people with the great AI!

  • I wish Nokia was still a big player in the phone business. My favourite (and most unique) phones were Nokia:

N95 - still looks gorgeous and classy and the "slide both ways" design blew my mind at the time. If they would release a new version I would probably buy it.

N-Gage - it was a cool and gimmicky phone, I admit it, only bought it for playing games, but loved how weird it was.

Lumia 920 - I loved windows phones, actually this was my second one and for me it was the best I could wish for. It had great camera, it was fast and looked super cool compared to the android competitors at the time. A shame the era of windows phones didn't last long.

  • A failure is a failure, no matter how small or big. Just because its Apple why brush it off as a happy little experiment?

  • Every single review I saw said the same thing. Its amazing tech, with a big price tag and nobody knew who is it for. The magic wore off pretty quickly and nobody wanted to use it long term.

Would a mass test have this kind of marketing though?

  • It failed, no need to dance around the subject. It was a very expensive demo product, and nobody wants it.

  • As a kid the biggest one I can remember was Wolf, from the book The Talisman (King/Straub). Hurts to this day.

  • It says something of the Tik-tok generations attention span if you need to put a "wait till the end" reminder for a 10 second video.

Btw if I see this anywhere its an instant downvote/skip.

  • Also oftem my wife asks me the question: what happened I just reply in a high pitched voice: "Acid!"

  • Dark is massively underrated, we were obsessed with it witth my wife. It was a separate evening before each new season to binge recaps on youtube to have a fresh knowledge of every character in every timeline.

Mr Robit is definetly in my top 10. I loved the "heist" episode, where they didnt say anything the whole time. It was just another level of television. Also the season finales are great.

  • Ha, self burn :) It was ages ago and never got too far into it, I just know there are multiple series and made a guess.

  • That was something. We watched it with a group of friends and half the people were stunned and some had no idea whats going on, but enjoyed it regardless.

  • Love that episode

  • Thats the episode I was describing in the original post :D s02E1, The Work Outing

    Brilliant

  • That sounds awesome. I watched a couple seasons of the original series, never got to SG1

  • Its like every week a new episode of black mirror script is coming to life.

I know games as propaganda exist in some shape and form already, but imagine what could a selfish man-child with all the money in the world do to the game industry to bring his "vision" to life.

  • Out of touch, money-focused execs ruin everything. Especially when you have to keep the investors and shareholders happy.

  • Creating a game studio, because you are a huge corporation with unlimited money doesn't guarantee success. Just look at Amazon game studios for example.
