The person who made this has no idea how big space is. It would take tens or hundreds of billions of years for Dimorphos to reach a star system, if it was a kinda close one. The Voyager 2 probe will go past the star Ross 248, which is 10.3 light years from us, in about 42,000 years with the closest distance to that of 1.7 light years, and it's going WAY faster than Dimorphos. Voyager 2 is traveling at 15.341 km/s while Dimorphos is traveling at 0.177 m/s, so Dimorphos is traveling at 0.0011% the speed of Voyager 2. If they were going the same path, it would take Dimorphos 17,437,757,800 years (17.43 billion, which is 3.64 billion years longer than the current age of the universe) to reach Ross 248.
And as said, that's if it was going to leave our solar system in the first place, which it isn't.

I use adguard which blocks ads in all apps but every now and then it gets turned off without me noticing, like once every two weeks, so when I play a game or something and and ad pops up it really feels like this. I never see ads anywhere on my phone or computer so it's like seeing a monster who got past my defences.
I seriously don't understand how that's a positive. RIF always looked and felt like it was badly designed on purpose. Like some shitty thing from the early 2000s. But seeing the shit people do with theming on their phones and other stuff it's weirdly not surprising, still doesn't make sense. It's actually vile looking.
It's not smooth at all, IMO. Lots of visual annoyances which makes it feel stuttery and just bad. Been a Sync user for years and going from that to any other app is just a bad experience...
I try all lemmy apps I come across and they either just look bad, no matter how much I change settings or they lack several major things that I just won't be without.
None has come close to feeling like a replacement yet, and it really sucks that it seems Sync is actually dead now.
This post kinda implies that OP thinks the default is that blockbusters have more soul and hits people harder than indie and passion projects, which is the opposite of the truth.
Art made by fewer people generally has more soul and a stronger personality which translates to feelings by the person experiencing the art. They aren't put through a grinder of corporate bullshit to not be offensive or say anything of actual value.
I don't know what he looks like, and I've come to the point of realising is shouldn't find out. There are already enough american republicans that make me feel sick every time I see a photo of them or even just their names.
Why is it always the guy who looks like that though? The two main friend groups I've been part of in the past decade had that one guy and they both looked very similar to the guy in the image.
