Meruem is only comparable ability wise. Aura, regeneration, absorbtion, but he got done in by radiation. The only reason he survived the explosion was because he ate Butterfly Twink and Chimera Himbo to recover.

Cell got kamikazed into atoms and recovered on his own.

Catwoman even said Gon could have beaten Meruem. We know Cell would have destroyed Gon too, given his experience beating children.
