I live 2 blocks from my local library and I absolutely love it. I take my 2 year old daughter every week. She’ll play in the activity room, we’ll go to a story time and check out 6-7 books for the week. I’ll peruse the video game section, check out a movie if they have something on my to watch list. I haven’t gotten to use their maker space yet but I’m itching to. They also offer streaming, ebooks and audiobooks through Libby and Hoopla. 11/10 would recommend the library.
Years ago when I told coworkers I got engaged I kept hearing “you’re making a mistake” and “why?” I knew immediately that these dudes were losers that did not value their partner as much as I do. I could not imagine being without my wife. She is my best friend, companion, champion, confidant, partner in life among so many other things. Find the right person to share your life with, marriage is an investment.
I am integrated into the Sonos ecosystem and it works great for having the whole house being connected without running wires or taking up a lot of space. Yes, the app is garbage but the speakers sound really good. It’s great having the continuity of walking from room to room and having the music follow you. I have the Sonos Amp hooked up to a pair KEF bookshelf speakers for my fluance record player which can play what’s on the turntable to my other speakers throughout the house.
My wife and I watched Moonstruck for the first time and when she saw Cage her reaction was: “that’s Nic Cage? Wtf he’s so hot!” If you were Cher which brother would you choose? We all know it’s Cage
