To true, unless you get a state to make the arrest and charge him, Trump would just pardon him. And no state leader (governor) wants to challenge him enough. If there was such, they would arrest him when he landed in the U.S. hold him without bail as he is a flight risk and sentence him to 3 years prison.
And Trump would throw a hissy fit and declare war against a state, which any member of the executive branch who followed up on those orders would be violating their oath, as the arrest and punishment were legally binding
So Obama put these in place, Trump undid them. Biden puts similar in place, Trump undoes them. There sure seems to a lot of undoing for nothing ever being done. There are a lot of shitty Democrats, the U.S. leans far right, but "democrats do nothing" is the shield Trumpers hide behind every day.
Police don't have the right to pull people over, ask them to exit their vehicle, cuff them, or put them in the back of a vehicle (detain them) without a reason. Stopping someone without reason is harassment, the rest is assault/battery (depending on location)/kidnapping without providing the reason. If they give you a reason they can detain you, but if that reason does not follow the laws or is determined to be unreasonable by a judge the body making the arrest is supposed to be held responsible and penalized, possibly making them open to a lawsuit. Aka she should sue them, and taxpayers should be pissed we are having to pay for this
I wouldn't care if 1% of the population watched it. The truth is that enough of the population watches it that it is a useful tool to track and dox the population. People in power don't care who you fuck or don't fuck, they care how they can use who you fuck against you.
While I agree many if not most need to go, when the guy was asked if they would file impeachment articles, his response was basically there is no way the Republicans are going to vote on it so their is no point. Which is true. The Republicans would see a successful impeachment of Hegseth as a fracture that would allow all Republicans to have to answer for their crimes eventually. They'll shit on every single one of their constituents wants before they do that.

Lately I feel like I should just make a Mexican spice mix and put it in everything. Less cumin, more types of chili powder, a couple small vidalia onions, a few peppers and I really couldn't care what you put in it and I'll be happy. Chicken, pork, beef, goat, I'm sure tofu would by fine by me. In rice, a burrito, taco, enchiladas, anywhere really, fuck out it on a pizza or in a calzone, or a puff pastry, it'll work out.

Well someone convinced Trump to divide the Republicans into groups apparently, so they'll probably split into Repugnant, Repulsive, and the Democrats will find a way to split into Corporate centrists and progressives, why...
