  • I like to make chili & spagetti sauce and just store them in my freezer. The only hard part is remembering to pull them out in the morning to defrost. Otherwise, just a simple grilled cheese or a fried egg sandwich is pretty easy to do with no prep.

  • I've been using the recipe add on for nextcloud, it works fine for me. I also have no idea if it works with facebook. It can load a recipe from a URL, but I don't think facebook lets you look at things without logging in so it probably wouldn't work.

  • If it helps, this is a super easy recipe for chili to make: https://www.budgetbytes.com/basic-chili/

All you need is a big pot, a chefs knife, a plastic spatula, a can opener and a cutting board.

It stores great in your fridges freezer, so you can pack most of it into plastic containers and you'll have lots of meals ready to go. Once you've got one good recipe down pat, you can focus on adding another until you have home cooked meals every day of the week.

  • Grilled cheese. Its easy and delicious. Otherwise, cereal. :)

  • I am in awe. I've been trying to expand the list of meals I make lately, but I can't even imagine doing so many different ones in a year!

  • Thank you so much! This has actually been a big help. Now I just need to figure how many of these I can really afford, haha.

  • That website seems really nice! I wish it had some more recipes though. I was trying to figure out how to make rye bread recently and every recipe felt wildly different, probably half of them were AI written. It gets so frustrating finding anything online these days.
