Grade 6. Biology classes lasted about an hour or so, every day, for a week or two.
Boys and girls were broken into their own groups. I assume this was to help avoid being embarrassed about things in front of the opposite sex.
We were told if we made jokes or giggled, we failed for the day and had to sit in the hall. We nervously and embarrassingly giggled a bit the first day but after we got into it things were fine.
The classes were very straight forward. Dry. Matter of fact. Covered everything they needed to cover for basic biology, how sex works, body parts and what they do, etc, but didn't talk about things like birth control.
We have an unstable ex living below us. If Canada were to be invaded, the US wouldn't come to our aid. They would drag their feet and demand 75% of our natural resources before considering coming to the table. And since Trump can't keep a promise or a trade deal, he can not be trusted to flip on a deal any moment. The USA is NOT our friend.
We need nukes.
We need them yesterday.
We need to fortify the southern border.
We need a larger military budget.
Trump is already talking about making Canada part of the USA. We're living next to a serious threat right now. The USA is a failing country slipping into an authoritative regime. We need to deal with it RIGHT NOW.
Tariffs aren't designed to bring manufacturing back. It's designed to crush the US economy for Daddy Putin. It's designed to starve out the plebs. It's designed to bankrupt companies to be bought by the billionaire class for pennies on the dollar.
Jesus was a failed apocalyptic preacher who basically said don't worry about your life right now because it will all end soon enough. He thought end times would be in his lifetime.
I used to have a coworker who would also say things like "I'll ping you after the meeting" and I'd chuckle because it sounded so stupid.

Most people don't read the entire bible and churches try to avoid it by doing "bible study" where they cherry pick sections that sound good. They avoid the bits about god allowing owning slaves, god telling his people to kill everyone in the area but keep the virgin young girls as rape slaves, and all the other juicy bits in the bible.
It's a horrible book and the god character is a monster.
He's never leaving.
