  • Oohhhhh shit, I worded that one horribly... my add brain fucked it up and it came out so worng... I first wanted We all dream of having healthy kids but what if they are not (thinking of cancers or other medical diseases) and than a second bullet point as in, what if your kid is not neurotypical or non cis (queer) are you able to deal with everything that comes with? (Thinking of how bad society has turned against them in the past few years with the rise of the far right and how dificult it is tobstand up for peoples rights).

    I truly have nothing against neurospicy and queer people. I know the way I worded it was terrible, and should I have offended anyone, I'm terribly sorry. Also thank you for pointing it out!.

  • Every Sunday I cook 3 portions of 2 meals, so I can have every day another meal & on the final day I'm free to cook what I want or eat out / order something nice.

    In summer I usually gobwith 2 portions of 2 meals as I don't truat the food to be good after 5 days in the fridge & I mostly only crave salads.

    Here are my reasons:

    • We are already starting to feel the effects of global warming, it will only get worse and people don't take it serious. Why should Ibput another soul into this world just to suffer from the stupidity of others?
    • Child care is super expensive and quality isn't great and being a stay at home parent isn't really an option if you want too keep up in the work market place.
    • Why should I have a kid, if I'm not gonna spend time with them? I mean to feed them & offer them all the anemities, me and my partner would need to work full-time, so when are we gonna spend time with our kid?

    • I like my freedoms.
    • The schooling system is shit. Why should I raise kids in a society that starts the "grind" at age 5 and keeps you going until you are 65?

  • As you said yourself: CHF is not really viable to counterfait, as it super secure. They have dozens of security features + they change all 12-15 years (new ones will be coming 2031, current ones are valid since 2016). Which means you'll have to try ho keep up with whatever the SNB is cooking with their security standard. As far as I know the USD stays the samenover the years.

    Also to carry around CHF 1000 and not be suspiscious you'd have to be in Switzerland everywhere else and they'll be checking that money to allnof the security features. Even in Switzerland they check if you pay with it. While USD 100 is super unsuspicious.

    You also mentioned CHF is the save haeven currency. Meaning people exchange their money to CHF to save these CHF. They don't buy the CHF to spend it. They buy it to keep in in their saves. So why would anyone counterfit money people don't use? Meanwhile the USD, is the trade currency. Meaning people buy the USD to spend it, so it's easier to use that money.

    When counterfitting the money the most important part is the washingbof the money => making the fake money to real money. When are you really going to pay something with CHF 1000? At most you go to a bank and deposit it. Meanwhile with USD100 you can use it and exchange it for real money anytime. No one would care.

  • I've been having a discussion with a girl friend about this. She couldn't believe me when I told her her I found out about the wiping the pp with toilett paper recently & that I just used to do the shake and dance how most men do. She was shook and told me it can't be true that most men just do the shake and dance.

    I know most people on lemmy are progressive, so it might be worped... but it still got me wondering, if I've been doing it wrong for the past +30 years or if it is the standard for other men.
