I don't like debates don't even bother starting one with me. I won't change my mind and neither will you, so stop wasting your time.

  • I relly like them. He took Batman to a complete different direction and showed that comic book addaptation can be more than just goofy fan servicy kind of movies.

    The first 2 movies were really good, the thrid kinda meh.

    What I wanted to add is, that watching the movies today with the abundance of hereo movies, will make them feel worse than they were when they came out. Because quite a few of the movies today took inspiration and expanded on what made this movies great.

    TLDR what I like about the movies is how they made movies for all instead of juat comic fans like we were used to up until them. Specially for DC heroes.

  • The crazy part is they forced the woman and her daughter to live at the place were the abuse happened for months before offering them a new appartment.

    The cherry on the cake 1 day or so before this case was known to the public, the party of that monster rejected a law that would help the victims by making sure they get a livable income while they can't work for themselves because of the trauma.

    Also extra points to the SRG (swiss national broad caster) for keeping the name of the monster anonymous eventhough their party has been trying to defund them as they are not partial acvording to them. It took the victim to go to another publication for the name zo come out.

  • IMO:There are 3 type of "right wingers":

    • The sheeps (the majority about 90%) they are less educated, easy to manipulate & very reactionary.
    • The shepherds (the minority about 1%) they are highly educated, come from generational wealth & want to defend & multiply their wealth by influenving the sheeps.
    • The sheep dogs (about 9%) they are highly educated & very oportunistic. They don't come from wealth and dream of wealth. Their only goal in life is to be shepherds one day. (Most likely they won't achieve it maybe one will make it to be uaed a champion that it's possible) but they will do everything to achieve it and thus work overtime for the shepherds & influence the sheeps as much aa poaaible.

    So yeah, about 10% of the right wingers are educated. The majority still is less educazed and easy to manipulatw.

  • Swiss here yes, he is super famous here. This year, he had a show that was sold out quite quickly, so he got a second show that sold out as well. I remeber my sis being obssessed with his song Angels back in the early 2000s...

  • Marketing & the obsession of a healthy lifestyle promoted by influencers.

    If you want to build muscles you need proteins. => You need proteins to build muscle.

    But also if you want to lose weight, you have to reduce carbs and eat more proteins. => Your body needs more energy to break down the proteines and convert it to energy than for carbs and fats=> You feel full longer & "burn" more calories when digesting.

    Unfortunately, people don't realize that fibers are more op than proteins. And just eating proteins how some influencers are promoting is kinda BS for your longterm digestive system. => TLDR eat beans over just meat. Also, look forward to the high fiber fad that is about to be started.

  • Yes, those where the ones I meant if you don't have them you can use a similar bowl, where the meatballs can be sumerged at least about 75% in the tomatato-cream sauce.

  • Meatballs: mix minced meat with cream cheese and season it to taste. In a pirex (or simliar container) mix a can of pealed tomatos with heavy cream and italian seasoning. Now form meatballs from the minced meat and add it to the tomato-haevy cream mixture. Add cheese on top of verything and bake it for about 35-40 mins at 220° C. When it comes out, you can enjoy it with pasta you boiled separately. (I mostly use tortelini).

    Best part you can even make it vegan if you replace all ingridients 1 to 1 with vegan alternatives. It used to be one of my favourites when I was omnivore and still is one of my favourites as a vegan.
