Any pronouns. 33.

Professional developer and amateur gardener located near Atlanta, GA in the USA.

I'm using a new phone keyboard, please forgive typos.

  • Mass, not weight! Only because we're being technical already.

  • Fork!

  • I'm saying intentional property damage is violence. I did not say defacing Teslas is terrorism. All terrorism involves violence. Not all violence is terrorism.

  • Never said that. 🙄 Don't put words in my mouth. I quite literally said don't mistake it as pro-Musk and here you are doing that. Obviously there is a difference between domestic violence against a spouse and violence against oppressors, don't you agree? Violence is not inherently negative.

  • I know, but it's recently began again on TikTok after years of being a pretty dead trend.

  • Has there ever been a "good" trend on tiktok?

The ice bucket challenge was making rounds again. But there's basically infinite harmless trends that nobody thinks of. The 100 men versus 1 gorilla thing is a trend and unless somebody jumps in a gorilla pen for Harambe 2.0 it's been harmless.

Reminder that the ice bucket challenge is something that raises awareness and funds for ALS research.

  • I honestly don't know what all they did and didn't do, but I think it's more than a sprite sheet.

  • Intentionally damaging property is considered violence, yes. (Don't mistake this as some sort of pro-Musk statement.)

  • What about the devs at KitFox who helped make the Steam version?

  • Where are you going to meet people IRL?

    OP specifically said online.

  • I meet tons of people on Discord.

  • I get that, I'm just pointing out that depending on how it was conducted it may have been silly. Sort of similar to that test where there's nothing in a room but a button that shocks you and people got bored and shocked themselves. I'm not suggesting the study is invalid, I assume the researchers know better than me, but I could also see something like a kid just sitting at a table with literally nothing to do but salivate about the thought of two treats for a time period. Seems like a better test would be something like letting kids play and then doing this (which could've been what was done. It's just that the comic seems to imply otherwise.)

  • Such a silly experiment. You're gonna make them sit and be bored for five minutes with nothing else to do besides thinking about two marshmallows?

  • No puppet!

  • My old microwave wouldn't cook anything if the date wasn't set.

    Yes. The date.

  • If there is flowing water beneath just rinse it

  • Dual wielding

  • Just put the search results in under the search bar, bro.

  • Accusing the victim of making this a "cry story" is fucking insane.
