  • Fork repo, make local changes intending to push to fork for PR, never push anything. Very common.

    Also, SO MANY SITES have the button that says "Fork me on GitHub!" that is often wonder if people think it's something that it isn't.

  • The game Dungeons 3 was almost really good but just felt grindy. Evil Genius 2 was awful and I'm still sad about it.

  • I don't ore order games and very very rarely purchase before reviews come out. Even then I always set a timer to stop before 2 hours to see if I should refund on Steam.

    So, no, not really. It's not a hard no, but it's certainly not a definite yes.

  • Increasing costs or a limited amount of them are dumb in my opinion. Especially when so many games explain the specifics of their mechanics so poorly and at times downright incorrectly.

  • Upgrades that cannot be changed. Don't force me to replay the entire game just to see what a different upgrade does. I'm my opinion, all games should let you rebuild your character pretty much whenever. I think BG3 did a good job of it with Withers. The price is low enough to not feel like a burden but high enough to not encourage you to cheese it. The only small downside of it is that Withers is technically an optional character you could miss. I think mechanics like this should just be baked in.

  • Unchangeable difficulty settings. Worse, games that offer you to lower it and don't warn you that they're going to lock it at the lower setting. Resident Evil Village did that to me. Last time I posted about this someone said it warms you, so I guess they changed it.
