  • I don't use tor much. My main use case at the moment is using the tor browser for all the sites that block me because I use a vpn. Works most of the time. I have a small list of onion sites that are only accessible through tor but it's more of "break glass in case of privacy emergency" type of thing.

    That's an obvious foot in the door. The law is going to get worse. And we users expect the services we've been trusting all this years to see that too and act accordingly in response. As long as the critiscism remains civil, it's perfectly valid.

    The f-droid team spoke to that in a recent post. The post basically said that if that change isn't stopped on a government level there's no way for them to continue working. They didn't mention roms.

  • Physiologically it's because the brain is learning more stuff when you're young. The new experiences stretch the passage of time. The inverse is true when you get older because the brain doesn't have to assimilate as much. You can kind of get some of that feeling back by learning new stuff, like picking up an instrument, or learning a new language etc.

  • For some people it's just really hard to do. My wife loses her shit constantly because she's chaos incarnate. Since I'm the opposite we had many discussions regarding this. She says it's a lot harder for her to think of structuring stuff, than to find shit in her chaos. There are upsides to it. I still lose stuff from time to time as even the most pedantic organizers do. She's gonna find it in a fraction of the time I would need, because she's used to it.
