  • Somehow I feel like you would be thrown in jail if you did this.

  • Just another case of when is enough enough. Just because you got away with it the first 100 times doesn't mean you keep doing it forever. Dude should have been less greedy and realize someone will catch on eventually. What i wonder is why did he pick the mac n cheese as the only item? I would imagine it wouldn't matter what item it was so what was the logic.

  • I also never assumed it was fully secure either. Like sure it could be secure to hackers since they would still need the keys, but if anyone ever thought Meta was somehow not going to allow themselves access is just crazy and I am shocked anyone thought differently. On top of this they absolutely share all data with the government, im just not sure if it's by request or full access anytime.

Sadly, everyone i know still uses it so im kind of forced to but at the same time the chats are all dumb anyway so whatever and enjoy reading them Meta employees.

  • When I read the article about cloudflare using lava lamps (and other things at other locations) to create randomness I had no idea it had to be that crazy to be random.

  • There's still the chance Trump does another awful thing between now and then and cancels the elections. My vote is he nukes someone.

  • I read a comment somewhere that said don't give the middle finger back, instead give a thumbs down because somehow it feels more offensive. I dont know why, but i completely agree. Sadly I have yet to use this despite having a few opportunities but completely forgot about it in the heat of the moment.

  • I'm not even into running or the sport at all and I find this super interesting as well as crazy. How much further can anyone improve at this point.

  • This made me curious and it didnt say in the article so I looked it up. I wanted to know how many bees are in an average hive. Stats say between 20 and 80k. If the cemetery has 5 million like the article suggests thats 62.5 hives at 80k a hive.

  • Honestly this makes me think would it be possible to train a type of bird to take something and bring it to targeted buildings to set ablaze? Im sure its a lot of work, but i would imagine its untraceable.

  • Why stop there? 1 billion please. It reaches this like 1 to 2 times a year now.

Edit: just for clarification that becomes 477 million lump sum after taxes.

  • A lot of the doors are also locked as well. Cant open unless the key is inside the car or pop it manually with a button.

  • I would imagine deals with a genie does not apply to a genie.

  • Thanks for the info! Always crazy when you find someone here who knows so much about certain niche subjects.

  • Leap into the world of Quantom Leap, because how funny would it be leaping into the guy who is leaping into other guys/gals.

  • Yeah, what a crazy headline that AI was the thing mentioned and not 1 of the many other real life uses that offer greater solutions to us.

  • This is a real pic and it is of Sabrina Carpenter the singer.

  • What about other people he knew? Was it just you or was it pure laziness. I did not do this, but it's an absolute struggle for me to add anyone new these days to the point that ill normally send that first text with the persons name in it so if they call i ignore it then cross reference the number after with my txt to see if its someone i know. You will never know the lengths some people will go to just because of laziness lol. If anything he probably knew your number by heart.

  • Seeing some of the other companies they compared it to just makes them look even worse... it just means other companies will see this as a way to offer less as well. Gotta meet those industry standards!

Also if you take the severance doesn't that mean you forfit unemployment? This package is so bad if you only been there a year that i would probably say screw them and take that instead, even if its less than my pay it will definitely be more over the 6 months it's allowed which is what i thought was one of the main reasons they offer these so the company can avoid the higher rate of contribution to unemployment if enough people claim it.
