Agreed, frustration gets to me, considering I come from the Middle East I tend to have very conflicting emotions, having grown up in England I appreciate law and order, equality and an attitude of live and let live. But when my friends and family are in direct danger, my anger rages.
In the age of misinformation and people using influencers and podcasters as "news and information" it's become the norm unfortunately. I tend to try and get as broad a view as possible and filter out the bullshit. And admittedly I don't understand the PAC system or the electoral college, and I can't condone lobbying as we've seen it's detrimental effect on general rights to Americans as well as pushing policy. Again, these don't affect us as foreigners, but they tend to push certain policies that end up with wider reaching effects.
The thing is, as a foreigner, and speaking bluntly, this is on the entire American population, voting him in once was one thing, but not dealing with Jan 6 harshly under Bidens administration did nothing more than encourage them and their billionaire backers. IF there's no false flag operation to cancel the midterms and IF presidential elections are held and the democrats get into power, you lot are going to have to overhaul your entire system to ensure another Trump doesn't happen. And honestly speaking I can't realistically see that happening.
And he threatened NATO, who by all his accounts "stood back from the front lines" When Article 5 was called during the bullshit second Gulf War. And now he DEMANDS they help. Sure buddy.
The problem with that is you're going to get nothing but resentment and very little sympathy from most people. The actions of your government is causing chaos in the world, and for all intents and purposes you're doing nothing about it.
It's a question that needs to be asked, and yes I know they won't. If they haven't already with everything illegal and immoral and Trumps been up to, they never will.

I grew up in Nigeria and am here now after an absence, there is a problem in the north with Boko Haram, who are terrorists, however they are not targeting Christians, they are killing people randomly, they will attack Churches, Mosques, schools, etc. They are not waging a holy war against anyone, they are terrorists full stop.
I truly hope more judges grow a pair and actually do their jobs as per the constitution. Agreed he's not untouchable as made clear with the Kilmar Abrego Garcia fiasco. I'm crossing my fingers for all you normal people!
Armchair doomer, I like that. I'm not an American, I just have family and friends there, as I write this from a west African nation where I am a foreign worker, we had a supposed coup attempt. I'm looking at Europe vis a vis Russia and things don't look peachy. I'm originally from Lebanon, and the entire Middle East is fucked outside of the petro bubble that are the Gulf Dictatorship Monarchies. So forgive me my pessimism when the supposed "Leader of the free world" is trying to dismantle the democratic state which will have far reaching effects on the world as a whole.
