  • I think the knowledge should be open and free, but I also believe there needs to be a regulatory body to keep the wrong people from manufacturing it.

    Since we don't have that at an international scale, modern weapons need to be controlled secrets, sadly.

  • 8 or 10 sounds okay since they're appointed by POTUS, shorter terms might be problematic because it would make it easier to stack unless we limit that power somehow. I don't want mummies holding office forever to cement precedent, I want progress which aligns with the views of the current majority of voters.

    I'm normally very progressive, but I think we've collected enough data to know for sure that the internet has no good outcomes on children's development. Furthermore, I don't want devices spying on children, so any device that eventually connects to the internet is also a nono unless it's been given an open source operating system and software or completely lacks the ability to record video, audio, or scan for additional devices.

  • I'm not convinced. Its got light, dirt, plants, rain. Even if I were to agree that the Greenhouse is an indoor space then it's not like I tunnel into it from a secret passageway to get in.
