I'm not a fan of outdoor swimming and it would take 2hr+ for me to get somewhere I can swim outdoors, the pool is 2 subway stations away from my house, not an option unfortunately.
Literally never said that but I've been swimming for 4 years at that place now. I have seen 0 people from the new year's wave actually stick around. They all think a new number on the date changes things but it doesn't, it never gets easier or harder, it's about you yourself changing and that has no specific date to happen.
I swim year-round and this time of the year is hell. It's summer and everyone decided to be more fit even though they know they will give up in 2 weeks, so the pool will be fucking packed with a bunch of people that don't know the rules. I'm almost tempted to take break
"I know we are all sad that corvi has left this world but do not worry, I am certain he is using his secret OP ability he got when he reincarnated in a fantasy world to get a harem of big tiddy anime gfs right at this moment"
"Who the fuck is this Dagnet guy and why did we let him give the speech?"
Like others mentioned this one actually makes sense. Letting you know your washing is done so you can move it to the drier and letting you know its dry already so you can fold it is actually super helpful. I studied at an uni that had a connected laundry room so I didnt have to go all the way there to check if the machine was done with my laundry.
I remember many years ago I was playing WoW and the conversation in guild chat was about continents so I said that in my country America is a single continent. That moment an American in guild flipped the fuck out and got really mad at me even suggesting that his great country could be in the same continent as mine (Brazil) going as far as saying "that's so fucking dumb, next you will say Europe and Asia are the same continent?!" which is funny cause eurasia is a thing, what a dumbass.
Got a gas stove, gas water heating and hybrid car. Could probably survive indefinitely assuming I can still shop, if I can't then I would die even with electricity. Hell, i would be forced to finally revive my reading habits and work on my book backlog, maybe it would be a little good.
