  • Hitler was a pedophile and complete loser

Osama was a regular family man with somewhat extreme political beliefs who was well educated and relatively normal

    I’d pick Osama

  • I’m seriously considering moving to Marie Gluesenkamp Perez‘s district and challenging her seat. She’s part of the “Blue dog coalition” and votes like she’s MAGA, she’s not any more qualified to do the job than I am, frankly I’m more qualified because she has no actual qualifications.

Edit: I’m from her state just an hour north, not just some rando

  • There used to be a store in my town called “Just Socks” that sold, just socks

  • Your comment is completely unhinged

  • Eggo sized Belgium waffles made at home and frozen, much better and cheaper!

  • Sorry to use a buzzword but it’s the bell curve issue and a scarcity mindset. People who are poor and destitute have a scarcity mindset because they live in real actual scarcity people on the other very far end of rich and privileged have mental illnesses and personality disorders that keep this scarcity mindset alive despite no outside pressure to reinforce it.

  • Overall yeah, I’m a pretty good person. I care about others, I give my time and money to those less fortunate, I try to be kind, non judgmental and helpful to everyone not just people I like. I’ve struggled a lot in my life mentally and physically, I grew up ugly and disabled and as cliche as it is to say it, it’s made me a better person.

  • There’s a movie called Crime 101, it’s got pretty good actors, it’s shot very well, the writing is even decent but it’s the most cliche boring heist/crime plot I’ve ever watched. You can guess basically everything the entire movie. Afterwards it was very clear that everyone involved was capable of making a far better movie but the plot was so terribly predictable

  • Motivation is not required

As a disabled person who’s spent most of her life in abusive relationships if I waited for motivation to get things done I’d be long since dead

  • Is he talking about Russian prostitutes to cheat on his wife with?

  • I don’t think how “we” are currently choosing to use AI was inevitable but I do think AI was inevitable

  • How did Jesus die? I mean after he died and came back to life? He resurrected and so did tons of people in a nearby graveyard and they all walked through the nearest town (yes this is very literally what’s written about the resurrection in the bible) then what? He just went to a hill and floated away? What happens after that to him? Seems like a huge plot hole

  • Gadget? My upright mandolin, I can cut stuff so perfectly and fast and zero risk of hurting myself. I’m great with a knife but it’s still a fantastic gadget. Appliance? My brevil toaster oven that does so much stuff and does it all well

  • I was like 12 and I was baby sitting two ~eight year olds. Went to the local elementary with them to use the big toy. There was a group of three boys there and one had what looked like a real gun, yes this was in America. I said NOPE! and immediately turned my kids and myself around and got out of there as fast as possible

The other one was when I was about the same age and my best friend and I were walking around in the neighborhood by her house. It wasn’t a nice area but it’s not like anywhere I spent time was. Some man in his like 40s probably rolled up to us in his big yellow car and started talking to us to get in his car and go to his house, he was drunk, we told him if he told us where he lived we would walk there if he would go buy us beer. He kept hitting his chest like in the wolf of Wall Street and talking nonsense, I tried to scoot away to look at his license plate but he snapped at me to come back. Eventually we got him to agree to go buy us beer in exchange for us walking to his house. As soon as he started driving away we ran as fast as we could back to her house and called the cops and told them everything, including where the guy lived since he told us

  • I don’t know why this knowledge would really change anything. The memories are still real to me and my age isn’t really relevant beyond legalistic stuff

  • There’s plenty of less than glowing adjectives for dogs but “hideous” is a real choice
