    Edit: actually one way drag shows and smoking are the same is that they are only available to consenting adults who are free to do what they choose regardless of others opinions on what is best for them.

  • "Second hand smoke" is the smoke inhaled by people nearby a smoker. This has been found to be nearly as harmful as smoking. This means that parents who smoke around their children are harming them.

    I sarcastically joked about "second hand drag shows". There is obviously no such thing. If someone goes to a drag show, it doesn't harm other people. This means your comparison between smoking and drag shows doesn't work at all.

  • If we are applying it to the US, I would say Native Americans. Originally, this law was because land could only be leased for at most 50 years. It could not be sold. That feels appropriate since most , if not all, Native American groups didn't consider the land to be something that could be owned.
