    We do have a specific sense for where our body parts are relative to eachother and most people can stand or walk perfectly fine with their eyes closed. So what you're describing as a neccesary secondary superpower is something most people already have. Could be a little clumsy at first but I imagine you'd get the hang of it pretty quickly considering how functional blind people can be.

  • I've been looking into local models lately, mostly out of vague paranoia that I should get one up and running before it becomes defacto illegal for normal people to own due to some kind of regulatory capture. Seems fairly doable at the moment though not particularly user friendly.

  • The whole section between the takemura junkyard cutscene and waking up in your appartment doesn't allow saving, however iirc when the game came out it was the ENTIRE heist sequence once you got to yorinobus room.

Pain is just a sensation to make us respond to damage, the suffering part is entierly subjective and no one can be sure any of the other humans even are capable of it, we just assume its the case based on personal experience and empathy.

  • Realistically the americans lost in those wars because the presidents at the time actually wanted some kind of spiritual victory rather than just flattening those countries into dust with sustained carpet bombing of any and all artificial structures (At least not the whole country) I doubt Trump would have any issues or even understanding of the consiquences of going full nuclear. The US likely wouldn't surive the retaliation but neither would anyone else... except New Zealand because everyone forgets them so hard they even get left off maps.

  • I won't hear a word against president camacho, guy was completely uneducated but actually pretty intelligent all things considered. Aknoweldged things were fucked but that he couldn't fix them, created a national program to find someone who could and upon finding that person immediately put them in charge. Better leader than most in the western world right now.

  • Not in the US but I swear prices and inflation adjusted real wage just straight up never recovered since the 2008 crash, Sure 'the economy' has done better and even apparently had a few more crashes and recoveries but on the street its been continuous gradual downhill with little extra drops anytime something major happens.
