News posts on /c/Turkey@lemmy.ml are automatically made by a bot I wrote under my account.

  • From a practical point, useful in starting a base on projects, but sucks on further progress. I've used it in coding and 3d motion, and in both my experience it was like that.

From an environmental point, it's an overengineered mess. Local models are satisfactory for most use cases, and we don't really need huge computing clusters dedicated for AI.

  • How do you even manage to break LGPL lmao all it asks for is attribution

  • nah nah nah that line has to go one more to the left. You'd be much more likely to keep a consistent tetris setup if you choose to do so, as you can fit any combination of Js and Ls from a 7 bag shuffle

  • Who is your favourite politician? For me it's Kim Jong Un.

  • You have piefed if you really want to. I personally am fine with developers having views I disagree with, expecting everyone to have the same views as me is unrealistic; if they tried to influence how you host your instance based on their views that's something I'd disagree, but they do not do so on Lemmy.

  • Your PS3 can play PS2 and PS1 games natively and can emulate SNES, GBA, Genesis and MAME games with CFW.

  • Convinience is a key part. Let's say I have bought a new device and have 50 accounts on different platforms. The way I'd do with only passkeys is that you would create 50 different keys individually for your new device, using a device that has logged in.

Password manager? I download a keepass compatible app, have it connect to my FTP for its database, enter my unnecessarily long key word or a random file i store seperately; and now I can access to all of my accounts.

As long as I do not somehow get both my database and its key word/file leaked at the same time, my accounts are as safe as whatever passkeys can provide.

  • Yea, I'd rather have a 32 character password created by my password manager. Instead of adding individual keys to each device, having all decives access the same database is much simpler.

  • Let me guess, the password is "YourLossIsOurSauce"

  • It's not wrong to call a clanker clanker.

Ethics apply to humans foremost and shouldn't be considered towards an inanimate creature.

  • It's the baby's tiling DE. A lot of things you would need to look up how to implement on your sway config is likely already implemented with GUI customization options, some design choices are weird (like how you can't switch to Workspace 5 if you dont have anything on Workspace 2,3,4).

If I were just starting to use a tiling WM, I would %100 use this. Too bad I already have my config set up.

  • EMPRESS brought me into lemmy, she quit later because she got banned off .ml, i stuck around, and eventually started my own instance.

  • Steam storefront for Android, sounds very interesting.

  • Had this issue on a dual boot, could be caused by timezones.

  • Even if they're close enough to be detected from their wifi? Dumb idea.

  • The DNA would probably fall in public domain before any significant research could be done with it.

  • Trackmania, the improve grind never stops :D

Portal 2 Co-op with someone that never played it could be good. I played it with a lot of friends already, but it still felt like a different experience with each of them.

As of a game I'm currently replaying, Last Command B-Side on Nightmare difficulty. Cleared hardcore difficulty previously, but Nightmare mode doesn't let you play safe.

For a game I cannot replay, Overwatch 1. Overwatch 2 doesn't give the same vibes as OW1, everything feels more clunky to the point I quit it. I didn't really like OW1 that much to begin with, had like 200 hours tops on it; but really felt its absence after OW2.

Headbangers: Rhythm Royale was also another game I really enjoyed that didn't really took off after launch. I still play it at times, but it's entirely bot lobbies and they suck at the game. I miss needing to try hard to win a round on it.
