    I don't know about that. From my experience, community AI models (both image generation and LLMs) are often far, far superior to whatever large corporations can dish out within the same size bracket

  • The difference is that Google scans your private correspondence and can report you to authorities for any reason, legit or not.

  • Misreporting or straight out false reporting in the media is a thing. As a rule of thumb the more emotionally charged the news is the higher chance of it being a manipulation.

    This was the case of George Floyd murder where media consistently avoided reporting that victim was a repeated criminal.

  • Pretty awful. I had 56k modem at hand, loading speed of websites was below any reasonable minimum and cost per minute of connection was huge, as it added up over the month. Internet got usable only after my parents decided to buy ADSL subscription from loacal telcom
