  • You're not wrong, but I am reminded of the refrain, "it is easier for most people to imagine the end of the world, than the end of capitalism." The only way I can see is getting to the point that we can abolish capitalists is to regulate them back into "reasonable" (<$50,000,000 total wealth) levels of financial power.

  • I don't think he was even considering running at that point. Hillary and Bill didn't suggest that he run on the Republican ticket until 2015-2016. I still think his plan was to lose and get richer on books and interviews complaining about losing. His reaction, and the reaction of his family, on election night 2016 wasn't one of happiness and relief.
