  • To be fair to solar panels, isn't about everything emitting infrared if you apply power to it? :x

  • Some of us still run Apache. :)

  • First contributor is Copilot. I don't mind, but it should be stated, as per rules. The link being an article about the one project does not make your post escaping the rule.

    Reported.

  • Maybe a short explanation would help understand what we are talking about here.

Is it an OS? Is it a docker image? What does it do? Is it FOSS? Who writes it? Why is announced in advance?

  • Please stop hosting your FOSS and selfhosted stuff in Github folks. It's so contradictory, and some of us are just locked out of github.

  • So, how do you reach the app when trying over local network?

http://192.168.1.X:7377 is unreachable, and I can't find the env vars at a glance in the docs.

Edit: found it, HOMEDEX_URL, buried in docs > CONNECTORS.md. But I was so busy looking for an env var I missed the docker port mapping unnecessarily binding to 127.0.0.1:port. I think you can drop the 127.0.0.1 in the default docker-compose.yml.

  • I understand nothing in this thread.

  • The phrase "no shit" comes to mind.

  • I have more than 300 logins. My password manager handles passkeys, 2FA and has integretad alias creation.

At some point you just can't compare.

  • Reitti's author also posted here some days ago.

Reitti does not have a dedicated app and is fed with GPSlogger, which is capable of feeding dawarich as well (or both at the same time), actually more reliably than the dawarich app in my experience (dawarich just stopped working after a couple of days and needed a full logout/login).

Edit: Colota mentioned ITT does the same.

  • How is this selfhosted?

  • "Tag on X"

OK you are not talking to the right crowd here. xD

  • a new contender for the worst-named *arr app

A contender or a straight up winner? Wow.

And what the hell is THAT?

  • You are absolutely right!

Just kidding. Anyway, added one screenshot to the post and 3 to the readme/repo.

  • This. The goal is to have guests and family able to scan from whatever device, not from my huge linux gaming rig 😂. This one works already. And as said, point is covered, now I need the same for printing.

  • Hahaha, I just setup my own lemmy instance last week and then my hardware crashed. RiP.

I'll spool it back up when I have more ram and a reliable hard drive.

  • Damn! I had just setup OIDC via Apache reverse proxy LAST WEEK!

    🤡

  • I mean spooling up pocket id was simple. Putting oidc everywhere IS fastidious but awesome.
