  • Do people not go to jail anymore? If a normal person got caught with $200k from wire fraud they don't get asked nicely to give it back.

  • My my, such aggression. You gonna march him to his crucifixion?

  • God clearly shot first and put a hole in their inflatable boat. This is just self defense.

  • From 360p.

  • I think the vertical keyboards would have been fine, but not switching to Android definitely lead to their downfall. They had too much arrogance as the smartphone leader and thought everyone would move their apps to their system even though they were the ones playing catchup.

  • Blackberry died for this.

  • I'm gonna be optimistic and say that the hamberders or dementia is going to catch up with him before 4 years is up.

  • I'm fucking sick of Trump's antics already and his term hasn't even started.

  • France is bacon.

  • Haha, that's funny because we used it to pick up stations from the US!

  • My dad had the sports car VHS rewinder.

He also had a device that would turn the house antenna so that you could modify the reception you're getting for the TV. I've never seen anyone else with a device that like that. The VHS rewinder just jogged my memory about it because they were next to each other.

  • I'm smashing that Retry button like there's no tomorrow.

  • It's also the fallacy of tolerance. Hard to care about someone dying who in turn would casually reject care for those who were suffering and dying.

  • When talking about CEOs quitting and getting their golden parachute, I always imagine them walking out of a skyscraper's open window and casually engaging the parachute and casually drifting away.

  • You'd be surprised how much food an urban homestead can produce. And no, one person isn't going to feed everybody on food stamps but like many things, if enough people start doing it then it becomes part of the culture. Imagine if houses had a little homestead instead of a grass lawn, especially in the front. Whole changes in culture could occur. For example, one of the best things about Halloween in my opinion is that the whole neighbourhood comes alive with people out and about. If people spent more time in their front yards doing gardening (and not noisy polluting lawn mowing) there's be more interactions between people and places would feel more alive and safer. /rant>

  • Ah you're right. I was expecting the word update or something after client.
