Yeah, its really sad that we're so used to TV hosts letting republicans rant and rave about every insane, unhinged thing they are desperate to present as truth without even a question or concern about it, that it stands out and is shocking and unusual when someone just.. challenges them and pushes back on the absolute industrial grade spewing of raw verbal sewage.
Just like Meghan McCain, and every other Republican slowly starting to speak out against trump (at least the ones that arent on their final terms as elected officials).
Its not about a sudden moment of clarity and integrity.
its not about trump having gone to far for the moral fabric of america.
Its 100% about trying to distance themselves from the anchor that trump has become, in effort to carve out a potential future in a post trump environment.
I bought a replacement part for my stove like 4 years ago from a local shop, and i still get emails *HEY, HEY, YOU LIKE STOVE PARTS RIGHT? HERES SOME AWESOME DEALS ON STOVE PARTS"

why is any critical control equipment internet accessible.
I understand some machines might need internet to send reports and make document filings and shit. But it should not be the critical control equipment that makes the system function. And there should be a massive physical gap between the internet machines and the critical machines.
Jesus christ, even by the abysmally low bar I have for humanity, it still finds ways to dig itself a path under it.
They don't want people knowing they are being recorded.
A gopro or a phone held up is basically an indicator of recording happening, which people can choose to avoid if they want to.
But pervert glasses don't hold up that signal, and the pathetic attempt to make a signal (the LED) is easily covered or otherwise bypassed so you can creep on people without them ever knowing.
Because the Ouroborus of capitalism has eaten around to the point it can see the back of its own head, and now it only has two solutions left.
maximize short term profits at the expense of everything else, and secure their position via buying governments/overthrowing governments/becoming government, in order to secure the constant flow of money and goods upwards to them.
a lot of that ugly produce is what goes into canning and pre-made products.
This is just supposition on my part based on personal experience, but it seems ever since the tariff bullshit started, the availability of quality produce has crashed for me in america, and not only are the "ugly" ones ending up on shelves now, but even damaged ones. . as if theres not enough produce coming in to to allow stores to be selective on what appears on shelves vs what goes into canning/etc.
I've noticed potatos are smaller, often heavily blemished, meaning I might get 2/3rds of a the weight of edible potato with 1/3rd going to scrap because of damage/etc.
Tomatos too, tend to be smaller, often bruised, and i've found rot inside more tomtatos since tariff bullshit started, than in all the decades before.
Carrots are thin, spindly, and barely have any crunch to them.
Lettuce is now giving everyone Trumparrhea
Onions, even worse than potatos, are blemished or mouldy, and I might be lucky to get half a pound of edible onion for every pound I buy.
and its same with everything else I've not mentioned in the produce section.
I imagine some of this may be regional as well, so that people on the opposite side of the country from me might not have the same experience.
I think there was a miscommunication. I wasnt coming at you, I was just genuinely interested.
